  • 10 g thick soy sauce

Instructions

  • Soy beans soaked in cold water one night in advance
  • Soy beans will become much larger after foaming. Do not pour the water from soy beans, because they contain soya, which is bad for your health.
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Put all the ingredients in the pot, add about two centimeters of water without soy beans, boil over high heat, turn over low heat and cook for about 40 minutes, and the soup will burn and dry the skin of the beans.

  • Black beans are made in the same way. Black beans are not easy to cook. You should cook them for a while, and you can omit the old soy because the black beans are black enough.

Notes

• If you do n’t like spicy food, you can omit the pepper. If you like spicy food, you can cut the pepper into small pieces. The spicy taste will be stronger.
• The salinity of each brand is different, please increase or decrease as appropriate.
• Korean taste is too sweet, if you don't like sweet, please reduce sugar as appropriate.
• If you do n’t know the sweetness and saltiness at the beginning, set aside soy sauce and sugar, and try it when the soup is ready to dry. Afraid that the sugar added later will not melt easily, replace it with caster sugar.
• If the soybeans are boiled and dried, add some water and continue to cook until they are soft, but it is not recommended to cook them so that they will not chew.
