Ingredients

  • 300 g spinach
  • 20 g garlic
  • 20 g shallot
  • 1.5 tbsp thin soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 10 g White sesame

Instructions

  • Let's process the spinach first. If you don’t like to eat its roots, or the spinach roots you buy are not so red, just cut them off, but don’t remove them completely. If you want to keep it, use a small toothbrush to clean the dirt. In fact, if the root is red, it is good for the body
  • Then use a knife to make a cross at the root like this. If the spinach you buy is thinner, just cut it.
  • Then tear it open by hand and wash it
  • Boil a pot of water, add about a teaspoon of oil, and put the spinach in the boiling water
  • It can be removed after boiling for about 1 minute and rinsed with edible water. It must be cold water that can be drunk
  • Squeeze the water by hand
  • Use a knife to cut a little bit like this, so that it won’t be too long and inconvenient to eat
  • Chop the garlic cloves into fine pieces, and chop the green Shallots. Shallots are better
  • Put it all in a big bowl
  • Add one and a half spoons of soy sauce. Or add half a spoonful of fish sauce to a spoonful of soy sauce. Add another spoonful of sesame oil, Finally add a spoonful of roasted white sesame seeds
  • Just mix well
