Ingredients

  • 300 g beef
  • 400 g chili
  • 50 g chopped cooked peanuts
  • 20 g sesame
  • 80 g ginger powder
  • 350 g vegetable oil
  • 80 g thick broad-bean sauce
  • 20 g sweet flour sauce
  • 30 g black bean sauce
  • 5 g Allspice
  • 30 g white sugar
  • 7 g salt

Instructions

  • Big collection of ingredients
  • Beef chili tempeh peanut garlic ginger all chopped
    I tapped the pepper twice with a cooking stick
