  • 150 g tomato
  • 100 g potato
  • shallot right amount
  • ginger right amount
  • 10 g cooking wine
  • 10 g thin soy sauce
  • salt right amount

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients
  • First cut the Beef Brisket into pieces~
