Ingredients

  • 300 g Duck Blood
  • 200 g leek
  • 20 g Bean paste
  • 1 g salt
  • 5 g ginger
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 15 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Duck blood cut into pieces, leek cut into pieces
  • Put the water in the pot and boil, add the duck blood and cook for two to three minutes.
  • Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add garlic slices and ginger shreds to the oil, stir fragrant
  • Add bean paste and stir-fry well
