Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken liver
  • 100 g leek
  • 5 g ginger
  • 10 ml cooking wine
  • 15 ml thin soy sauce
  • 5 g white sugar
  • 10 ml oyster sauce
  • 3 g salt
  • 5 g garlic
  • 10 g starch

Instructions

  • Prepare chicken liver and leek
  • Wash the leeks and cut into sections.
  • Wash chicken liver and cut into thin slices. Add salt, ginger puree, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and starch to the chicken liver and stir well.
  • Pour some oil into the pot, add garlic slices and sauté
  • Add chicken liver, Stir-fry the chicken liver evenly until it changes color, and the chicken liver is served
  • Put the leek segments into the stir-fry evenly.
  • Pour the chicken liver back into the pot and stir fry evenly.
  • Prepare a bowl of sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1/2 spoon of starch, 2 spoons of water and mix thoroughly.
  • Add the sauce to the pot, stir-fry evenly, add starch water, and then serve.
