Ingredients

  • 150 g Bean sprouts Mung Bean Sprouts
  • 100 g leek
  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 g salt
  • 10 ml thin soy sauce

Instructions

  • Wash the mung bean sprouts, and cut the leek into small sections after washing
  • Raise the frying pan and turn on the medium high fire
  • Add mung bean sprouts and stir fry for a while after the oil is hot
  • Pour in a little fresh soy sauce and stir well
  • Add the leeks and salt, and quickly stir-fry it.
  • Serve and enjoy

Notes

The cooking time for this dish should be short, so as to maintain the crisp taste of bean sprouts. Mung bean sprouts should not be eaten with pork liver; leeks should not be eaten with wine, spinach, honey, or beef.
