Ingredients

  • 300 g Pork belly
  • 1/3 radish
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Burdock
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Shallot
  • soup-stock
  • 2 Miso sauce

Instructions

  • Vegetables are cut into pieces
  • Grated ginger, sliced garlic
  • Put the vegetable oil in the pot, fry the garlic first, then add the Burdock (Medium fire)
  • ut in other vegetables and fry (Medium fire)
  • Put water to 1/3 position, then put pork
  • Pork turns white, stir fry (middle fire)
  • Put in water and cook over strong heat. After boiling water, stop the fire for about 3 minutes. Season with soy sauce.
  • Finally take out, sprinkle with fresh chopped green onion, finished
