Add oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion, soy sauce (a little bit), and pepper noodles to fry the pot. Then pour in the shredded dried tofu, stir fry twice, add a small amount of water to the pot (don't add too much water). Simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour the chopped leeks into the wok, stir fry together, add appropriate amount of salt, and stir fry. Finally add MSG and stir fry. Out of the pot
