Ingredients

  • 100 g Low gluten flour
  • 55 g Butter
  • 45 g White sugar
  • 30 g egg
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 20 g White chocolate
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 1/4 TSP Baking powder
  • 1/4 TSP Baking soda

Instructions

  • The butter softens at room temperature, add fine sugar and beat with a whisk until fluffy
  • Add the beaten eggs in two portions
  • Add peanut butter and beat with a whisk until it is thoroughly mixed with butter and fluffy.
  • Sift into the powder and mix with a spatula to make the flour completely mixed with butter to form a dough.
  • Shape the dough into a circle of about 20g, then flatten it into a small cake, and then take a melissa in the middle to make a hole.
  • Preheat the oven 180 degrees, bake in the middle layer for about 18-20 minutes
  • Bake the biscuits until it is slightly cold. When you feel a little bit of temperature in your hand, put Melissa on it and press it gently, so that it won't fall off when it is cold.
  • Finally, use tin foil or oil paper to pad under the cookie, throw the white chocolate directly into the decorating bag and melt it away, then cut a small mouth to squeeze the eyes, the same is true for dark chocolate, squeeze the legs and then use a toothpick to dip the rest Chocolate dot eyes

Notes

If you don't like the peanut butter cookie, you can change it, and the final steps are the same as the spider, but the bottom of the cake is really fragrant, so it is worth a try with all the ingredients.
