Remove the spinach from the root, wash and set aside. Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside. Prepare a bowl of ice water for later use, Put clean water in the pot, add the spinach to blanch after the water boils
After blanching it, remove it and put it in ice water. After the spinach cools, remove the water to drain
Take a small flat-bottomed container and firmly press the dried spinach into the bottom of the container.
Put minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, salt and sesame oil in a bowl to make a juice.
Place the pressed spinach upside down on the plate
Just pour the adjusted sauce on the spinach
