  • 1600 g Yellow peach Peeled and pitted net weight
  • 320 g crystal sugar
  • 4 g salt

  • Wash and peel the yellow peaches and use your favorite method to get the peach meat!
  • Rinse the peach and add 4 grams of salt and blisters for 5 minutes

  • Fill the pre-sterilized bottle while it is still hot. Cover the peach with sugar and water, tighten the lid and let it cool. These steps must be done in one go to achieve the vacuum, (It will be very hot during operation. It is recommended to pack a towel or bring insulated gloves.) It can be stored in a cool place after cooling. I can store it for up to eight months. If I eat it immediately, refrigerate for a night after cooling. Peach meat is more delicious after fusion!
