I love the sweet and sweet bean curd with soy sauce, and the vacuum-packed one. In fact, it's easy to make by yourself, at least you don't have to run to Suzhou when you want to eat ~

  • 500 g Old tofu
  • 8 g soy sauce
  • 12 g crystal sugar
  • 5 g oyster sauce
  • 3 g Zanthoxylum bungeanum
  • 3 g Star anise


  • The old tofu is cut into cubes and fried to a golden surface, then removed and set aside
  • Add enough water to the pot, add soy sauce, crystal sugar, oyster sauce, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, star anise and wrap them in a tea bag. The fire was boiling.
  • After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, soak in the soup for 1 1/2 hours, and then turn on the medium heat to collect the juice.
