Suzhou Honey Beancurd
I love the sweet and sweet bean curd with soy sauce, and the vacuum-packed one. In fact, it's easy to make by yourself, at least you don't have to run to Suzhou when you want to eat ~
- 500 g Old tofu
- 8 g soy sauce
- 12 g crystal sugar
- 5 g oyster sauce
- 3 g Zanthoxylum bungeanum
- 3 g Star anise
- The old tofu is cut into cubes and fried to a golden surface, then removed and set aside
- Add enough water to the pot, add soy sauce, crystal sugar, oyster sauce, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, star anise and wrap them in a tea bag. The fire was boiling.
