Ingredients

  • 600 g Radish
  • 80 carrot
  • 10 g White vinegar
  • 10 g white vinegar
  • 3 g salt
  • 15 g Thai chili
  • 8 g lemon

Instructions

  • Prepare all materials (pictured)
  • Peel and dice carrots, and dice white radishes with skin and marinate for one hour. Then squeeze out the water.
  • Add sugar, salt (according to personal adjustment) white vinegar, thai chili, lemon (lemon can be ignored), mix all the ingredients.
  • Drain into a clean container with a lid and place in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. The taste is better after the second day.
