Ingredients

  • 1000 g Kumquat
  • 100 g crystal sugar
  • 50 g White sugar
  • 30 g honey

Instructions

  • Kumquat is washed with salt and warm water and soaked for half an hour
  • Kumquat slices should not be thrown. Traditional Chinese medicine says that kumquat kernel is a good expectorant. Add sugar and crystal sugar and marinate for about an hour.
  • Add a little water to the pan, cook over medium and low heat, and cook for about half an hour. The pectin in the kumquat is boiled out, the color turns orange, and the soup is thick.
  • After turning off the heat, add some honey when it is about forty degrees and mix well. Bottling in the refrigerator and taking it with you.
