Ingredients

  • 250 g eggplant
  • 10 g garlic
  • 20 g starch
  • 15 ml thin soy sauce
  • salt right amount
  • oyster sauce right amount
  • white sugar right amount
  • Shallot right amount

Instructions

  • Wash the eggplant and cut into chunks
  • Add a little salt and stir well (this step is very important) and let stand for 15 minutes
