Ingredients

  • 300 g spinach
  • 100 g egg
  • 15 ml thin soy sauce
  • 8 ml Oyster sauce
  • 5 g White sugar
  • 5 ml Sesame oil
  • garlic right amount
  • salt right amount
  • 20 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the materials. Take a small bowl of eggs, beat the eggs and add a small amount of salt. Put light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and sesame oil in another bowl, stir well and set aside. Wash the spinach and cut into two pieces. Peel and chop garlic.
  • Boil some water in a pot, add a small amount of edible salt and cooking oil after the water is boiled, and blanch the spinach in hot water
  • Don't blanch the water for too long, turn off the heat immediately when the color of the dish turns dark green
  • Rinse the freshly blanched spinach with slightly iced cold water
  • Drain for use

Notes
