Instructions

  • Pinch with your hands and let it stand for half an hour.Low heat
  • Stir frequently during cooking to prevent sticking to the pan, Skim the surface
  • Cook for about half an hour, with a thin sauce on the shovel
  • Add lemon juice
  • Continue to cook for about ten minutes. The thick sauce can be hung on the shovel and it can be bottled. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate.
  • Blueberries washed and drained
  • Add sugar

  • Add to a pot, add lemon juice and cook over low heat
  • Keep stirring while cooking
  • About half an hour, the thick sauce is hung on the shovel and it can be bottled

Notes

  1. The bottle containing the sauce must be boiled with water and dried before it can be filled. This is more hygienic and allows the sauce to be kept for a long time.
  2. The amount of strawberry jam is about 2/3 full in a 250ml jar. If 500g of strawberries are filled, the blueberries are filled in ordinary glass bottles. Estimate
  3. Consider the amount of sugar. If you like sweetness, you can add a little more.
