Ingredients

  • 3 g salt
  • 5 g vegetable oil
  • 8 g soy sauce
  • 6 g vinegar
  • 8 g garlic
  • 8 g scallion
  • 5 g sesame
  • 8 g Millet chili
  • 4 g chili oil
  • 7 g sesame oil
  • 8 g white sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the okra.
  • Let the salt water soak for a while.
  • Bring water to a boil and put a little salt.
  • Put okra and a few drops of cooking oil.
  • For one minute, the color remains green.
  • Remove and soak in cold water.

  • Prepare scallion
  • Millet chili diced
