Ingredients

  • 50 g Chicken wings
  • 25 g garlic
  • 15 g oyster sauce
  • 10 g soy sauce
  • 15 g honey
  • 2 g salt
  • 20 g Cooking wine
  • 1 g White pepper
  • 2 g White sesame

Instructions

  • Soak chicken wings for 20 minutes to remove blood, rinse well, and drain water.
  • Slice the chicken wings 2 to 3 for easy taste.
  • Add garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, white pepper
  • Pour hot water and stir well
  • Pour the chicken wings into the mixed sauce, stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a day
  • Marinated chicken wings, use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture, and only color when fried. Turn on medium heat, pour a little cooking oil in a non-stick pan, and add chicken wings when the oil is hot
  • Fry chicken wings on both sides until golden brown
  • Add boiling water with chicken wings and stir slightly
  • Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat
  • After stewing, open the fire and collect the juice, completely dry, and let the sauce hang on the chicken wings
  • Finished Honey Wings

Notes

  1. If the marinating time is not enough, marinate for at least 1 hour, it is recommended to refrigerate overnight to taste better.
  2. If you make more than one at a time, you can fry the chicken wings several times. Do not pan all at once.
