Ingredients

  • 100 g leek
  • 50 g vermicelli
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 100 g egg
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 g salt
  • 5 ml cooking wine
  • 15 ml thin soy sauce
  • 5 ml oyster sauce
  • 5 g Chicken essence

Instructions
