Ingredients

  • 100 g Potato
  • 50 g green chili
  • 2 tsp thin soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 5 g white sugar
  • 10 g oyster sauce
  • salt right amount
  • starch right amount
  • garlic right amount
  • shallot right amount
  • vegetable oil right amount

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients you need.
  • Peel and cut potatoes, and cut green peppers, green onions and garlic.
  • Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, put the cut potato pieces into the pot and fry until the surface becomes hard.
