3. If you are too tired for a long time, eating irregularly will damage the spleen and stomach, lead to insufficient Qi and blood, and cause vertigo. This kind of vertigo should be based on Invigorating Qi and nourishing blood. Take 20 g of Astragalus and dangshen, 10 g of Atractylodes macrocephala and 10 g of ganyuanzhi, 15 g of Poria, 15 g of Angelica and 10 g of jujube. After preparing the herbs, fry them with water twice in a row, and drink them in the morning and evening after stirring.
